Estimated shipping times and shipping costs are based on the products selected, and will be determined at checkout. Shipping costs for orders from vianueva.net are determined by weight and surchages that may be imposed by our shipping companies. Standard deliveries are handled by DHL. If an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. Via Nueva Foods does not ship on weekends and major holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions Via Nueva Foods reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality.

Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carriers site. Out of stock items

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, customer representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Credit card refunds

Via Nueva Foods processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance at sales@vianueva.com. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
