If an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. Via Nueva Foods does not ship on weekends and major holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions Via Nueva Foods reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality.

Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, customer representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.

Via Nueva Foods processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase upon receiving your returned shipment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
